How it Works
Shuttle to the Airport For pickups at residences, the vehicle will park near the driveway or front door and the driver will announce his or her arrival. For hotel pickups, the driver will announce his or her arrival to the hotel front desk and may call you if asked to park due to traffic. Hourly Charter For this service, our driver will pick you up at the designated location and time and will serve as a chauffeur for the duration of the scheduled service. It’s ideal for a special event or night on the town. Minimum hourly charges vary by location. |
“Will Call” from the Airport When your plane lands and you’ve gathered your luggage, you’ll dial the number provided via confirmation email or text message to notify dispatch or your driver directly. You’ll then be instructed on where to meet the driver. Pickup locations are curbside whenever possible but do vary by airport authority. Please refer to your driver or the local dispatch team for best instructions. Accessibility We are committed to providing exceptional service and welcome all passengers with disabilities, including individuals who use wheelchairs and those accompanied by service animals. Please make reservations at least 3 days in advance and provide details so that may make accommodations. |
Point-to-Point Service This service is exactly what it sounds like: our driver will pick you up and drop you off at the locations you’ve designated. Fares are calculated and quoted in advance, based on distance. Additional stops require hourly charter service. Luggage Our luggage policy closely follows that of airlines. If you have more than two checked bags and two carry-on items, if your luggage exceeds 50 pounds, or if you’re bringing golf clubs or other large items, please notify us in advance. Extra fees may be applicable and restrictions vary by city. Additionally, if you will be carrying large objects please note that space is limited. |
